Suzuki AD1-1210A Power Adapter for Omnichord OM-108

An Omnichord will run on batteries, but anything longer than a soundcheck wants a wall supply, and the OM-108 is particular about what it is fed. AD1-1210A is the adapter Suzuki publishes for it: DC 12V at 1.0A, with the plug polarity and barrel the instrument expects rather than a generic multi-voltage brick set by hand.

Suzuki lists two versions of the same adapter, distinguished only by the mains plug on the other end. AD1-1210A carries the Type A plug used in North America and Japan; AD3-1210A is the Type C variant for Europe. This is the Type A part.
