Sennheiser L 6000 Modular Rack Charging Station

The L 6000 solves the problem every large wireless rig eventually has: the batteries are not all the same. It is a 19 inch, 1U chassis that accepts up to four interchangeable charging modules, eight ports in total, and the modules decide the battery type. LM 6060 for BA 60, LM 6061 for BA 61, LM 6062 for BA 62, LM 6070 for the BA 70 packs used by Evolution Wireless Digital, freely mixed in one chassis.

It charges at 2 A and 4.2 V, bringing a BA 60 to 80 percent in about an hour and a quarter and full in two and a half hours, and it reports to Wireless Systems Manager over 10/100 Ethernet so a monitor tech sees battery state without leaving the desk. The chassis is 44 x 483 x 373 mm and 5.1 kg and draws a maximum of 85 W. Modules are ordered separately.
