Rode LB-1 Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery

The LB-1 is the rechargeable lithium-ion pack that powers the VideoMic Pro+ and the RODELink Performer Kit. It replaces the 9V alkaline that those units will also accept, which is both cheaper over a season and more predictable - a 9V dying mid-take is the classic on-camera microphone failure.

Capacity is 1600mAh, and it recharges in the host device over USB or in an RS-1 recharge station in about two hours at 1.5A. The pack is 50.3mm long and weighs 32 grams. Keeping a spare charged is the usual practice for a shoot day.
