Reloop RP-8000 MK2 MIDI Direct-Drive Turntable
The RP-8000 MK2 is a turntable with a MIDI control section grafted onto it: eight large LED pads across three layers give seven performance modes plus two user modes, and a digital display shows pitch, BPM, scale, key and deck assignment. Platter Play maps the platter's pitch to the pads across 22 scales and 34 notes.
Underneath it is a full upper-torque deck: quartz-driven 16-pole motor with 2.8 to 4.5 kg/cm adjustable torque, 0.01 percent wow and flutter, a 332 mm die-cast platter and a height-adjustable VTA tonearm base. Two outputs let it feed two mixers at once, and Smart USB Link chains up to four decks. It ships with slipmat, LED needle light, counterweight, phono cable, USB cable and power cord.
