QSC KW153 15 Inch Three-Way Powered Loudspeaker

The KW153 is the three-way box in QSC's KW Series and the only one that gives the vocal range its own driver: a 15 inch cone for low frequencies, a 6.5 inch midrange cone, and the line's standard 1.75 inch compression driver up top. Handing the midband to a dedicated transducer keeps voices clear at the levels where a two-way of the same size is asking its woofer to do two jobs at once.

It reaches 35 Hz at -6 dB, far enough down that a single KW153 covers a room a two-way would need a subwoofer to fill, and its 1000 W Class D module splits 500 W to the woofer and 500 W to the mid/high section. The 15 mm birch trapezoid stands 43 inches tall, carries M10 rigging points for the KW M10 Kit, and holds a 75 degree axisymmetric pattern through Directivity Matched Transition. Channel A takes mic or line with four-position gain, and DEEP DSP, Intrinsic Correction and GuardRail protection run throughout.
