QSC KW152 15 Inch Powered Loudspeaker

The KW152 is the 15 inch two-way in QSC's KW Series, a 15 inch cone driver with the same 1.75 inch compression driver every KW model uses, powered by a 1000 W Class D module split 500 W per section. Its nominal pattern is 60 degrees axisymmetric, noticeably tighter than the 75 degrees of the KW122 and KW153, which is what suits it to a deep or narrow room where a wider box would spend most of its energy on the side walls.

The trapezoidal birch cabinet takes a 35 mm Tilt-Direct pole socket for a 7.5 degree down-angle from a stand or a KW181, and M10 rigging points accept the KW M10 Kit for flown work. Channel A has a four-position mic/line gain switch so a microphone can run straight in, Channel B adds a second line input, and full-range XLR outputs pass signal to the next box. DEEP DSP, Intrinsic Correction, GuardRail limiting and a 5 minute auto-standby are all onboard.
