QSC KLA181 Active Line Array Subwoofer
The KLA181 pairs an 18 inch vented driver with a 1,000 W power module and QSC's DEEP DSP algorithm, built to work with the KLA12 active line array loudspeaker rather than as a stand-alone box. A threaded pole socket on top accepts up to two KLA12 enclosures for a compact ground-stacked column, and the included M10 rigging fittings let the same cabinet fly as part of an array of up to 480 lb spanning five KLA12s and two KLA181s.
A balanced XLR input with an XLR thru connector daisy-chains power and signal through the array, and a polarity switch tunes low-frequency directivity when stacking multiple subs. GuardRail limiting and Auto Standby protect the amplifier module and cut power draw when the system is idle, and up to five KLA enclosures in any combination can run off a single 15 A, 120 V circuit.
