QSC AD-C6T AcousticDesign Ceiling Loudspeaker

The AD-C6T is QSC's premium AcousticDesign ceiling model, built around a weather-treated 6.5 inch paper cone woofer and a .75 inch aluminum dome tweeter mounted on a DMT (Directivity Matched Transition) waveguide. Matching the tweeter's dispersion to the woofer's natural pattern at crossover gives a coherent, consistent 135 degree conical coverage that stays even across the listening area, tuned to sound the same as the rest of the AcousticDesign ceiling, surface, and pendant family.

A 60-watt low-saturation 70/100V transformer with a 16 ohm bypass is set from a rotary selector under the snap-fit magnetic grille, and a locking 4-pole Euroblock connector accepts up to four 18 AWG pairs. The 3x dog-ear blind mount captures 0 to 2.25 inches of ceiling thickness, and the ABS baffle on a powder-coated steel back can is UL1480/UL2043 listed for air-handling spaces.
