The Robo encloses a robotic camera completely so the head keeps its full pan and tilt travel while the talent reads through the glass. It was built around the larger self-contained bodies - the Sony FR-7, Panasonic AW-HE100 and AW-UE150, the Sony BRC series - and it will also take two standard-size PTZ heads mounted side by side.

The mirror frame is deliberately wider than the camera needs, which is what lets the head pan across a set without the script running off the edge of the glass. Camera controls stay accessible with the hood in place. Monitors are 21.5 or 24 inch 16:9, in a 400 NIT panel or a 1000 NIT HighBright panel, with 3G-SDI and HDMI on side inputs. It suits prompting, PowerPoint presentation and tele-presence work where the presenter needs a true eye line to a remote viewer.
