The PHS-SB110E-5M is a professional single-ear SmartBoom PRO headset built around a noise-cancelling cardioid electret microphone, tuned for voice so intercom audio stays clean in a loud room. A closed-back circumaural earcup with enhanced acoustic isolation keeps the mix in one ear and the room out of the other. The SmartBoom boom arm doubles as the mute control: flip it up to cut the mic, drop it to talk.

This version terminates in a 5-pin XLR male connector, the two-channel wiring used by dual-channel and binaural intercom belt packs. The boom swivels for left- or right-side wear and the earpiece collapses flat for transport. It ships with a replaceable cable, an ear sock, a windscreen, the operating manual, and a magnetic cable clip.
