Padcaster Universal Camera Cage

The Universal Camera Cage is a rugged powder-coat aluminum frame for any small to mid-sized camera, field monitor, gimbal, or smartphone mount such as the Padcaster Verse Grip. It gives a bare camera body the accessory real estate it does not come with, and it gives the operator something solid to hold.

Twelve standard 1/4-20 threads ring the cage for microphones, lights, clamps, and shoulder straps. Padcaster's integrated Floating Dual Tripod Mount attaches a camera inside the cage and a tripod below it with no extra hardware, and a rubber-padded mounting area keeps the body from shifting. Two ergonomic hand grips make handheld work steadier.
