MOTU micro express 4x6 USB MIDI Interface with SMPTE Sync

The micro express is a compact version of the MIDI Express XT: a bus-powered USB MIDI interface and SMPTE time code synchronizer with four MIDI inputs, six MIDI outputs and 96 MIDI channels. Sixteen one-touch front-panel presets, eight factory and eight user-programmable, recall whole routing configurations without opening software.

As a synchronizer it converts and stripes time code in every frame format, 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 drop and non-drop, and 30, with jam sync and adjustable freewheeling for glitch-free lock. It also supports MIDI Machine Control as master or slave. The included ClockWorks console software for Mac and Windows handles MIDI routing, merging and muting.
