Mackie HM-4 4-Channel Headphone Amplifier
Splitting a headphone output with Y-cables drops the level for everyone and loads the source amp badly. The HM-4 does the job properly: a single stereo input on 1/4-inch TRS feeds four 1/4-inch TRS outputs, each with its own level control, so a band, a podcast table or a tracking session can all monitor from one cue feed at whatever volume each person wants.
It is the entry point of Mackie's HM range, below the twelve-output HM-400 and the sixteen-output HM-800. Power comes from the included 12V adapter, and the chassis gets the same Built-Like-A-Tank treatment as the rest of the line, which matters for a box that lives on the floor of a rehearsal room.
