Mack 3-Year Diamond Warranty - Pro Camera or Projector up to $4,999

The Diamond contract is the top of Mack's coverage ladder, and the difference from an ordinary extended warranty is what it will pay for. A standard plan covers the manufacturer defects the factory would have covered. Diamond adds the things that actually take gear out of service in the field: impact damage, sand and grit, accidental and unintentional abuse, mechanical malfunctions, and normal and abnormal wear and tear.

This version runs three years and covers a professional camera or projector valued up to $4,999. It also includes routine service that would otherwise be billed - two free CCD cleanings for the life of the contract, and one free video head cleaning per year for the life of the contract. Mack administers the contract; G&G Technologies sells it as Mack plan 1056.
