Listen Technologies LA-261 Lavalier Microphone
The LA-261 is a small omnidirectional lavalier built for speech. It clips to a shirt, collar, or lapel near the neck and picks up evenly from all directions, so a presenter who turns their head does not drop out of the mix. Listen specifies it for the LT-700 Portable Display RF Transmitter.
It runs on 3 VDC phantom power supplied by the transmitter and terminates in a 3.5 mm mono plug on a 36 inch cable. The clip is a replaceable part (LA-220), which matters on a mic that lives in a loaner kit and gets handled by a different person every day.
