Lexicon I-ONIX U22 2x2 USB Desktop Recording Studio
The I-ONIX U22 is Lexicon's 2x2 USB 2.0 desktop recording interface, pairing a female XLR mic input with up to 58 dB of gain and +48V phantom against a 1/4 inch line input and a high-impedance instrument input for direct guitar or bass. Conversion runs 24-bit at up to 96 kHz with typical A/D/A dynamic range of 102 dB, and a balanced 1/4 inch line output plus a 350 mW headphone amp cover monitoring.
A 5-pin MIDI in/out pair adds sequencer and controller connectivity, and the unit draws external 12W 9VAC power rather than running off USB bus power, with regional adapters available for US, European, UK, Japanese and Australian mains. Drivers are available for Windows 7/Vista/XP SP2 and Mac OS X 10.4.9 and later.
