Leader LV7600-SER40 Software Option, Field-Installable
The LV7600-SER40 extends the vectorscope on the LV7600 rasterizer beyond the standard color-difference display, adding RGB vector and YCbCr vector modes. These give a colorist or engineer additional ways to judge chroma, hue, and gamut, reading the signal in the representation that fits the job rather than a single fixed view.
The RGB vector plots the red, green, and blue relationships directly, while the YCbCr vector shows the familiar luminance and color-difference layout, so shading decisions and gamut checks can be made in whichever view is clearest. The option is a software function that installs into the LV7600 and is offered identically on the LV5600 waveform monitor.
