Leader LV7300 SER25
The LV7300-SER25 FOCUS ASSIST option adds a high-sensitivity focus aid to the Leader LV7300. Its focusing algorithm is built on nonlinear super-resolution processing, which highlights the sharp edges in the picture even on low-contrast scenes that older peaking methods struggle with. A camera operator or shader can nail focus by watching the monitor rather than the viewfinder.
The option is a firmware licence installed on the instrument. Detection sensitivity is selectable across low, middle and high, the highlight color can be set to white, green, blue or red, and the underlying picture can be dimmed or embossed so the highlighted edges stand out. The same option is offered on the LV5300A and LV5350 as their SER25.
