Leader LV7300-SER23 Software Option, Field-Installable

The LV7300-SER23 adds HDR measurement to the LV7300 rasterizer, so colorists and shaders can monitor high-dynamic-range signals against the same waveform they use for SDR. It supports HLG and PQ per ITU-R BT.2100 plus Sony S-Log3, and it manages levels by assumed luminance in cd/m2, accounting for OOTF. The waveform display carries an HDR scale alongside the familiar IRE scale.

The option includes a cine-zone (HDR zone) display that renders the SDR portion of a picture in monochrome and colors the HDR region by brightness, making it obvious where an image pushes past a chosen luminance ceiling. Up to three points can be measured at once with movable crosshair cursors, and the tools cover every SDI format except SD and XYZ. It installs into the LV7300 and shares the same option across the LV5300 and LV5350 waveform monitors.
