Leader LV5350 SER22

The LV5350-SER22 CIE option adds the CIE chromaticity diagram display to the Leader LV5350. It plots the input signal's color onto the CIE 1931 (xy) or CIE 1976 (u'v') diagram against the target gamut triangle, so you can see at a glance whether the picture's colors sit inside BT.709, DCI or BT.2020 or stray past the edge of the space.

The option is a firmware licence installed on the instrument. Beyond the diagram itself it enables the color-temperature display and, together with CINELITE Advanced, links markers on the chromaticity display to measured points on the picture. Colorimetry, gamma and the reference triangle are all selectable, and the diagram reads to an accuracy of plus or minus 0.005.
