VIA Site Management (VSM) is Kramer's cloud platform for centrally deploying, managing and configuring VIA GO, VIA Collage, VIA Connect PRO and VIA Campus wireless presentation gateways from one dashboard rather than logging into each device on site. This 5 years license package covers up to 1500 VIA devices: an administrator can onboard them across different networks, organize them with reusable settings templates, and push configuration changes and firmware updates to the whole fleet on a schedule instead of walking room to room.

Day to day, VSM's health monitoring shows storage levels, connection status and current firmware version for every device from a single screen, and usage analytics rolls that activity into reports for planning capacity or justifying a refresh. Administrators can push custom alert messages straight to VIA displays campus-wide, and the cloud service itself stays current automatically since the software runs on Kramer's infrastructure rather than an on-site server. Digital signage campaign management is available as a separate add-on subscription (VSM-ON-CLOUD-DSS-SUB) for sites that want to run scheduled content alongside device management.
