Kramer Aspen 7272HD-3G 72x72 3G-SDI Matrix Router
The Kramer Aspen 7272HD-3G is a 72x72 routing matrix for SDI signals up to 3G, built on the Sierra Video Aspen platform for control rooms that need to route a large number of sources across many destinations. Every input and output runs on a 75 ohm BNC connector, and onboard equalization and re-clocking rebuild the digital signal so it can travel long cable runs cleanly.
Control runs over 10/100 Ethernet with embedded web pages or RS-232/422 serial, and the router supports salvo switching and ANC data pass-through (embedded audio, teletext, time code). Its 4U chassis carries the larger port count in a footprint that still fits a standard broadcast rack.
