JVC DT-F9L5U 8.2" Broadcast Field Monitor

The DT-F9L5U is a compact 8.2-inch field and viewfinder monitor for broadcast production. Its IPS panel carries a 1280 x 800 array with a wide 178-by-178-degree viewing angle, and a mercury-free LED backlight holds image quality in harsh environments. HD-SDI, HDMI, analog component and composite inputs cover the signals a field kit carries, and the durable metal cabinet stands up to location use.

It runs on DC 12V or clips straight onto an Anton/Bauer Gold Mount battery using the included plate, so it powers from the same bricks as the camera. Monitoring tools include waveform, vectorscope and histogram displays, focus assist, zebra, area, center and aspect markers, 16-channel audio level metering, LTC, VITC and D-VITC timecode, a front-panel headphone jack and front and rear tally lamps. Tripod mount hardware is included.
