Irix Soft Lens Pouch

A lens that rides loose in a bag picks up scratches on the barrel and grit in the focus ring long before it ever gets dropped. This pouch is the cheap fix: microfibre inside against the finish, a solid outer fabric that will not collapse, and a hardened base so the lens can be stood upright without the front element taking the load.

The drawstring closes over the mount end, which is what keeps the lens in the pouch when a bag gets turned over. Irix lists it for the Blackstone 15mm f/2.4 and the Firefly 15mm f/2.4. It wipes clean, which matters more than it sounds after a day on a beach or a dusty trail.
