INOGENI U-CAM USB to HDMI Converter
The U-CAM flips the usual capture-card direction: instead of turning HDMI into USB, it takes a USB 3.0 or 2.0 camera's video and embedded audio and converts it to HDMI, so a UVC webcam can feed a CODEC, matrix switcher, or display that only accepts HDMI. It handles uncompressed 4K at up to 30 fps from USB 3.0 sources and outputs HDMI 1.4 with embedded audio, with a secondary USB 2.0 MJPEG output at 1080p30 that carries PTZ control through as well.
Two USB ports let it take in video and audio from a camera and a separate audio device simultaneously, and LAN and RS-232 ports allow IP control and firmware updates without opening the box. It's built in a rugged full-metal enclosure, designed and manufactured in Canada, TAA-compliant for government procurement, and won the Best of Show award at InfoComm 2022.
