Hive Lighting Baby 5/8 in (16mm) Pin with 1/4-20 Threaded Stud

Every Omni-Color head carries 1/4-20 mounting points around the body. This stud screws into one of them and presents a 5/8 in baby pin on the other end, which is what a grip head, a clamp or a stand receiver actually wants.

It is short on purpose. In a tight ceiling grid or on a custom rig, a yoke will not fit and a full mount is too much hardware, but a pin driven straight into the body will. The knurled collar tightens by hand.
