It is built for the career musician who needs the guitars protected during the drive to the gig and instantly accessible once they get there, because the case doubles as a side-stage rack: the lid attaches to the rear of the case with strong magnetic contact points, turning the closed case into an open stand for a fast instrument change between songs.
