Galaxy Audio ANT-PDL UHF Directional Paddle Antenna
The ANT-PDL is a log periodic dipole array paddle antenna, a directional design that hears more signal from the direction it faces and less from everywhere else, which is what gives it extended range and better rejection of interference compared to a standard whip antenna. Galaxy Audio recommends angling it 90 to 120 degrees off the transmitter for the best rejection of reflected signal.
It mounts on a standard 5/8 in - 27 threaded mic stand and connects through a low-loss 50 ohm BNC connector, pairing with front-mount antenna kits and extension cables like the EXTBNC50 and EXTBNC100.
