Electro-Voice ULM21 Cardioid Lavalier Microphone
The ULM21 pairs a back-electret condenser element with a cardioid pattern instead of the omnidirectional pickup on EV's other lavaliers, cutting feedback and off-axis room noise in venues where gain before feedback matters more than forgiving placement. That directional focus makes it a better fit for close-miked performers and presenters working near monitors or loud rooms.
It ships with an integrated 6 foot cable and terminates in a TA4F connector for direct use with EV bodypack transmitters, or a wired XLR feed through EV's TXA adapter when a hardwired signal path is preferred.
