Electro-Voice RE97-2TX Dual-Ear Headworn Microphone

The RE97-2TX is the two-ear version of EV's RE97 headworn microphone, hooking over both ears with a band behind the head instead of the single-ear design of the standard RE97TX. That extra anchor point keeps the boom locked in place through movement-heavy performances, and the boom itself is interchangeable for left- or right-side wear.

The back-electret condenser element carries an omnidirectional pattern for even pickup regardless of head turn, and it is moisture resistant for sweat and stage humidity. It connects by TA4F, so it plugs straight into EV bodypack transmitters already in use with the rest of the RE97 line.
