Electro-Voice RE3-RE520 Wireless Handheld Set

The RE3-RE520 is the RE3 handheld wireless set supplied with the RE520-RC3 wireless head. The RE520 is Electro-Voice's condenser capsule for lead vocals: tight at the bottom, natural through the mids and detailed on top, with a supercardioid pattern that keeps the wedge and the rest of the stage out of it.

The head threads onto the handheld transmitter and also fits many other brands' handheld bodies, so a rack that is already standardised on another transmitter can still use the capsule. Setup uses the RE3 clear-frequency scan and infrared sync from the receiver. Order the band that suits your area: 5L and 5H each tune 36 MHz with 1440 selectable frequencies, 6M covers 653 to 663 MHz with 400.
