Electro-Voice RE3-BPGC Wireless Instrument System
This is the instrument version of the RE3 bodypack set: instead of a microphone it ships with the GC3 cable, which takes a quarter-inch jack from a guitar, bass or any line-level source into the RE3-BPT transmitter. It is the cheapest way into the RE3 platform and the one that puts a player on the front of the stage instead of on the end of a lead.
The transmitter has a metal body, selectable low and high RF power, and a magnetic latch for the battery door. The RE3-RX receiver runs true diversity, scans for an open frequency and syncs the pack over infrared. Bands are ordered individually - 5L and 5H tune across 36 MHz with 1440 channels, 6M covers 653 to 663 MHz.
