The HW3 is a headworn condenser for presentations, performance, and athletic instruction, where a handheld or lav mic gets in the way. The supercardioid pattern isolates the voice and holds off feedback even at stage volume, and the flexible gooseneck boom with a shock-mounted capsule keeps positioning consistent without picking up handling noise.

An adjustable headband and soft silicone at the ear contact points make it comfortable through a long class or set, and it terminates in a detachable 4-pin mini (TA4F) cable that plugs into an RE3 bodypack transmitter.
