Electro-Voice ND86 Dynamic Vocal Microphone

The ND86 is the supercardioid handheld in the ND vocal line. Same 70 Hz to 17 kHz response as the cardioid ND76, but a tighter pattern that buys back gain before feedback on a stage with wedges.

The trade is the usual one for supercardioid: the singer has to stay more nearly on axis, and the rejection null sits off the rear rather than directly behind, so monitor placement wants checking rather than assuming.
