Electro-Voice ND68 Dynamic Bass Drum Microphone
The ND68 is built for one job: inside a kick drum. The response starts at 20 Hz and stops at 11 kHz, deliberately - there is nothing above 11 kHz in a kick drum worth capturing, and leaving it out keeps hi-hat bleed out of the channel.
Sensitivity is a low 0.8 mV and it handles over 140 dB SPL, which is what sitting a few inches from a beater actually demands. 374 grams.
