Datavideo TP-500 DSLR Teleprompter

The TP-500 is built around an adjustable camera plate rather than a fixed frame, which is what makes it work with the range of body and lens combinations a DSLR or mirrorless shooter actually turns up with. It takes any tablet from 110mm to 210mm wide in portrait, so a 10 inch iPad or Android tablet drives the script.

Text runs in dvPrompter Plus with full Unicode support. The optional WR-500 controller works in wired or Bluetooth mode and handles pause and resume, scroll speed, font size and jumping to marked points in the script, which is the difference between a prompter a presenter can use and one that needs a second operator. The hood measures 270 x 210 x 460 mm and the rig weighs 1.3 kg.
