Dream Cymbals Dark Matter Vintage Bliss Ride Cymbals

A Vintage Bliss cymbal, already buttery and wide in dynamic range, put through the Dark Matter firing. The result at 24 in is a warm wooden tick under the stick and a dry wash behind it that never abrades. It is the darkest ride in the Bliss family.

Each one begins as a finished, hand-hammered B20 cymbal and is then re-fired in Dream's Dark Matter process, the second firing that gives the series its ashen surface and drier voice. Diameter: 24 in.
