DAS Audio UX-221A Powered Subwoofer

The UX-221A is the powered version of the UX-221, driving the same twin 21-inch neodymium drivers with an onboard 2 x 3400 W Class D amplifier. Frequency response runs 22 Hz - 195 Hz, giving a system tech room to run it either as a dedicated sub or biamp-blended with the low end of a full-range cabinet.

The cabinet construction carries over from the passive UX-221: solid 21 mm Birch plywood with extensive bracing, finished in black ISO-flex protective coating. Power draws 6.2 A on a universal 85-230V supply, and the double silicone spider driver design keeps distortion in check through the full 60 mm excursion range.
