DAS Audio UX-218A Powered Subwoofer

The UX-218A is the powered version of the UX-218 platform, pairing two 18UXN4 long-excursion drivers with an onboard 2 x 3400 W peak (2 x 1700 W continuous) Class D amplifier. It covers the same 28 Hz - 125 Hz range and 143 dB peak SPL as the passive UX-218, with a universal power supply and power factor correction built in.

The front-loaded cross-fire driver arrangement and Birch plywood, ISO-flex-coated enclosure carry over from the passive model, and DASnet handles remote monitoring plus thermal, overcurrent and short-circuit protection. The UX-218A-R adds arrayable rigging hardware to the same driver and amplifier platform for flown subwoofer arrays.
