These are the white round grilles for Crestron's 3 in. full-range ceiling speakers, the active DM-NAX-IC4A and the passive IC4P. They are the part to order when a grille is damaged during construction, which is when most of them are.

Two pack sizes are stocked, a pair for a service call and ten for a job. The grille fits both the active and passive versions of the speaker.
