Crestron PRO3 The flagship 3-Series processor

The Crestron PRO3 is the flagship 3-Series Control System, an enterprise-class processor built to run the AV, lighting, shading, climate, and security across an entire home or commercial facility from a single rack-mounted unit. The 3-Series control engine uses a real-time, preemptive multitasking kernel that holds many simultaneous programs and device connections without bogging down. A front-panel color LCD gives installers on-site setup and diagnostics without connecting a computer.

Three internal control card expansion slots let the PRO3 grow with the job while staying in its 2U footprint. Onboard I/O covers two RS-232/422/485 COM ports with hardware handshaking plus four RS-232 ports, eight IR/serial outputs, eight relays, and eight Versiport digital I/O, alongside Cresnet and a dedicated Control Subnet that gives Crestron devices their own isolated network. A rear-panel memory card slot rounds out the expansion options.
