Crestron DM-MD64X64 64x64 DigitalMedia Switcher
The Crestron DM-MD64X64 is a blade-based 64x64 DigitalMedia matrix switcher for large signal-routing jobs, distributing lossless HD and 4K video and audio from up to sixty-four sources to sixty-four displays over CAT twisted pair or fiber. Where the smaller DM switchers use single cards, this chassis takes hot-swappable input and output blades, eight of each, so a large system can be built up, expanded, or serviced without taking the whole matrix offline.
It provides full management for SD, HD, UHD, 2K, 4K, and computer signals, with HDCP support, EDID resolution management, CEC signal management, USB signal routing, and an integrated Ethernet switch. Reliability comes from redundant power: the switcher ships with two hot-swappable DM-MDA-64-PWS supplies and keeps running if one fails. The DMB-4K-CPU-64 blade drives the chassis, which mounts in a 14U rack.
