Crestron BPC-8
The Crestron BPC-8 onCue Basic Presentation Controller is a simple, low-cost control solution for K-12 classrooms and small meeting rooms. The button plate mounts in a single-gang electrical box or mud ring and carries eight assignable pushbuttons with interchangeable pre-labeled caps, each backed by a red LED for feedback and a green backlight. A single four-conductor cable links the plate to its companion interface module, which can be installed up to 50 feet away at the display.
The included BPC-8-IMC interface module provides connectivity for up to three IR-controlled devices and one RS-232 device, plus a power pack, so the BPC-8 can turn a projector or flat panel on and off and switch sources without a full control processor. The controller ships with the interface module, power pack, one STIRP IR emitter, and a set of 13 interchangeable button caps; only the four-conductor link cable is added to complete a typical display install.
