Crestron AMP-225
The Crestron AMP-225 is a two-channel Class D power amplifier that delivers 25 watts per channel into 4 or 8 ohm low-impedance speakers. It is the smallest amplifier in the Crestron modular family, sized for a huddle room, an office, or any near-field zone that needs a modest, clean amount of power for two speakers or a stereo pair.
Balanced and unbalanced inputs accept one stereo or two mono sources through a detachable terminal block or RCA jacks. Convection cooling keeps the amplifier silent, and the quarter-width chassis ships with hardware to stand free, surface mount, rack mount, or gang alongside other Crestron modular amplifiers so a rack can grow one zone at a time. ENERGY STAR certification and a low-power standby mode hold energy use down between program cycles.
