Crestron AMP 2100 70
The Crestron AMP-2100-70 is a two-channel Class D power amplifier that delivers 100 watts per channel onto 70V constant-voltage distribution lines. Constant-voltage wiring lets each channel feed a long run of ceiling or wall speakers over inexpensive cable, which makes it a flexible engine for two-zone paging and background music in commercial spaces.
Class D output keeps the amplifier efficient and cool enough to run without a fan, and it enters a low-power standby state when no signal is present. Balanced and unbalanced inputs connect one stereo or two mono sources through a detachable terminal block or RCA jacks, and onboard protection guards against clipping, over-current, over-temperature, and DC offset. The unit ships with hardware to surface mount, rack mount, or gang beside other Crestron modular amplifiers.
