Countryman I2 Instrument Microphone Mounts
Countryman's instrument mounts use viscoelastic damping to grip an instrument body without transmitting key, body, or handling noise into the I2 capsule, so the mic can be moved between instruments without re-buying a whole microphone.
Six mounts ship separately. The Bass and Cello Mount carries a positioning arm that reaches under the bridge or over an F-hole; the Violin Mount seats the capsule between bridge and tailpiece; the Flute Mount takes woodwind bodies up to 3/4 in; the Guitar Mount sits low against the body; the Instrument Mount grips saxophone and horn bells on damped jaws; and the Stage Mount is a low-profile boundary plate for footlight and floor pickup.
