The E6 Flex Omni Earset is part of Countryman's most-ordered earset family, the reason many sound operators stop fighting lavaliers. An ultra-miniature electret condenser element sits at the end of a thin stainless steel boom, held at the corner of the mouth by one soft earpad, so it stays put through movement and delivers the same level whether the wearer faces front or turns away. At 0.07 oz it disappears both visually and physically, and the four skin-tone colors read as a shadow rather than hardware on camera.

This is the omnidirectional version with a E6 Flex (springy ear-loop, soft front boom) boom. Three sensitivities cover the range from a lectern presentation (W5) through theater projection (W6) to the most powerful vocals (W7), the cable comes in 1 mm for minimum visibility or 2 mm for more tensile strength, and it detaches at the connector so a transmitter change is a cable swap and not a new microphone.
