Chauvet DJ Scorpion Storm RGBY

Scorpion Storm RGBY projects hundreds of beams and patterns across a 119 degree coverage angle from four laser diodes: 100 mW red at 650 nm, 40 mW green at 520 nm, 100 mW blue at 450 nm and 20 mW yellow at 574 nm. The yellow diode is the addition over a standard RGB laser, and it produces color combinations the three-diode fixtures cannot reach.

All four diodes control independently, with or without DMX, so patterns can be split by color rather than everything firing in the same hue. It is FDA compliant and variance-free, ready to use out of the box without a separate filing. Control is 5 or 7 channel DMX over 3-pin XLR, automatic, master/slave, sound-active, or the optional IRC-6 remote. It draws 16 W, weighs 3.2 lb, and measures 6.5 x 5.9 x 6.2 inches.
