Cartoni C20S Fluid Head (H513)

The C20S is Cartoni's EFP head for cameras from 7 to 35 kg (15 to 77 lbs), built around three fluid damping modules that give it an unusually smooth feel in both pan and tilt. Drag is selected in seven precisely repeatable steps, with position 0 giving true freewheeling, so an operator can return to the same setting shot after shot instead of hunting for it.

Counterbalance works the same way, through an easy-grip selector with seven progressive steps plus a 0 position. The head sits on a 100 mm bowl and interfaces with any 100 mm bowl tripod; the AH869 adapter fits it to a Cartoni P20 pedestal, AH863 to a P40, P70+ or P70 Steering, and the AT854 converter takes it to 150 mm tripods. An illuminated spirit level and one telescopic pan bar are included. Register within 30 days of purchase for Cartoni's five year warranty.
