CAD Audio CAD MH400 Closed-Back Studio Headphones

The MH400 is a closed-back over-ear studio headphone on 50 mm neodymium drivers, aimed at tracking, mixing and DJ work. Closed-back and over-ear means the click track stays in the cans and off the vocal mic, and leather-wrapped earcups and headband are what let you leave them on through a full session.

Response runs 10 Hz to 35 kHz at 98 +/-3 dB sensitivity into 32 ohms, which is an easy load for a laptop headphone jack as well as a monitor controller. The 4 m (13.1 ft) cable is detachable, so a chewed cable is a replacement rather than a write-off, and the earcups swivel 90 degrees and fold for transport. They weigh 0.80 lb (0.365 kg) with the cable.
